 Any quotations or estimates provided by Just Plumbing Group are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Prices may vary where site conditions differ from those originally described, concealed defects are discovered, access is restricted, or additional work is required. Any variation to the original scope of works may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the customer wherever reasonably practicable before proceeding.

 Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. Emergency and after-hours services are provided subject to plumber availability and may attract additional call-out charges.

 Where a customer requests our attendance and a plumber has been dispatched, the applicable call-out fee remains payable if the booking is cancelled after dispatch, another contractor completes the work without notifying Just Plumbing Group, access to the property cannot be gained, or the customer declines the service upon our arrival. If your circumstances change after making a booking, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that attendance can be cancelled before a plumber is dispatched.

 The person requesting our services warrants that they have the authority to engage Just Plumbing Group to carry out the requested work. Where a person requests our attendance without the authority of the property owner, Body Corporate or other responsible party, they may remain personally responsible for all costs associated with the booking unless otherwise agreed by Just Plumbing Group in writing.

 Payment for our services is due in accordance with the agreed trading terms. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt recovery agency or legal representative without further notice. The customer agrees to pay any reasonable debt recovery costs, court filing fees, legal costs or other expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts where permitted by law.

 Plumbing work frequently involves concealed pipework, underground services, hidden leaks, tree root intrusion, non-compliant plumbing installations, and other site conditions that cannot reasonably be identified prior to commencing work. Where these conditions are encountered, additional labour, materials or equipment may be required to complete the works and will be treated as a variation to the original quotation or estimate.

 Leak detection is a diagnostic service. While every reasonable effort will be made to locate concealed water leaks using industry-recognised, non-destructive testing methods, Just Plumbing Group cannot guarantee that every leak will be identified during the initial attendance. Where multiple leaks exist, testing methods such as tracer gas, compressed air and acoustic equipment generally identify the most significant leak first. Additional testing may be required following repairs to identify any remaining leaks.

 CCTV drain inspections are limited to the sections of pipework that can be safely accessed and do not guarantee that every defect, obstruction or fault within the drainage system will be identified.

 Some plumbing services may require the temporary isolation of the water supply, gas supply or other services to safely complete testing or repairs. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption wherever reasonably possible.

 Customers are responsible for obtaining any approvals required from property owners, Body Corporate, strata managers, landlords or other relevant authorities before work commences where such approvals are necessary.

 Just Plumbing Group may take photographs before, during and after the completion of works for reporting, quality assurance, warranty, insurance, training and record-keeping purposes. These photographs will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be used for marketing purposes without permission.

 Unless otherwise requested before work commences, any materials, fixtures, fittings or equipment removed during the course of the works become the property of Just Plumbing Group and may be disposed of appropriately.

 Our workmanship is provided in accordance with the guarantees and protections available under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties apply only to the products supplied and remain subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer.

 All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and other material, is the property of Just Plumbing Group unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

 Any personal information collected through this website will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
